plain nonfat Greek yogurt

100% orange juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add a bit more orange juice if needed to get desired consistency.
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Variations:
Try replacing the frozen strawberries with frozen mixed berry blend, frozen pineapple chunks, or any other frozen fruit of choice.
Try using 100% apple juice, grape juice, or other 100% fruit mix to change the flavor.
