Loaf whole-wheat bread
Instructions
Chop the cooked chicken, celery, and apple into small pieces. Finely dice the red onion.
Place the chicken, celery, apple, onion, and raisins in a large bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl and stir until everything is coated.
Serve the chicken salad as a sandwich on whole-wheat bread.
Notes
You can use basked, rotisserie, or canned chicken. You can also substitute chicken for canned tuna.
