No-Bake Peanut Butter Treats
Make this sweet and nutritious treat for your family and friends. The No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls are a quick and easy snack that is easy to take on the go. There is no baking required, and these treats taste like cookie dough!
Equipment
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 spoon or spatula
- 1 freezer
- 1 measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 3/4 cup whole grain cereal or rolled oats crushed
- 1 pinch salt OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional) in a large bowl
- Mix to combine
- Add the nonfat dry milk and whole grain cereal or rolled oats
- Mix again until a thick dough forms
- Roll heaping tablespoons of dough between your palms to form balls (work with wet hands for less mess)
- Place finished balls onto a baking sheet or cutting board
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
