
Garlic and Herb Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter room temperature
- 1 tsp dried parsley*
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano*
- 1/2 tsp dried basil*
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix butter and all spices together, including salt, until the mixture becomes a paste.
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel, then place them on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Spread the butter mixture over each chicken breast.
- Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers within two hours.
