Frozen Fruit Pops

These frozen fruit pops contain fruit, juice and low-fat yogurt to create a refreshing treat on a summer day.  
Servings 6 5 oz servings

Equipment

  • Medium bowl
  • Spatula  
  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup low-fruit vanilla yogurt
  • 6 oz orange juice, frozen concentrate thawed

Instructions
 

  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Mix the ingredients in a medium size bowl.  
  • Divide into paper cups.  
  • Freeze until slushy-approx. 60 minutes.
  • Insert a wooden stick halfway through the center of each fruit pop.  
  • Freeze until hard for at least 4 hours or overnight.  
  • Peel away the paper cup before you eat the fruit pop.

Notes

Try other fruits or juice concentrates for a variety.
