Cherry Banana Smoothie

Get a few servings of fruit in your day with this easy smoothie recipe that can be adapted to your liking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cherries frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen banana coins about 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel banana and slice into coins. Optional: Freeze banana coins in a sealed bag over night in the freezer the day before making smoothies.
  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Variations:
  • You can replace almond butter with peanut butter; however, we recommend using less peanut butter.
  • You can use regular milk instead of almond milk.
  • Add frozen blueberries to get more fruits in.
