Strawberry Smoothie

Get a few servings of fruit in your day with this easy smoothie recipe that can be adapted to your liking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add a bit more orange juice if needed to get desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Variations:
  • Try replacing the frozen strawberries with frozen mixed berry blend, frozen pineapple chunks, or any other frozen fruit of choice.
  • Try using 100% apple juice, grape juice, or other 100% fruit mix to change the flavor.
